Pagatavošanas process:
Kefīram jābūt istabas temperatūrā vai pat nedaudz siltākam.
Pa daļām pievieno izsijātus miltus un pārējās mīklas sastāvdaļas. Visu kārtīgi sajauc. Mīklu apklāj un atstāj uz 15 minūtēm.
Pildījumam sajauc visus produktus un pievieno sarīvētu sieru. Var izvēlēties jebkāda veida zaļumus, kuri pašam labāk patīk. Sanāk aromātiski un garšīgi.
Mīklu sadala divās daļās un katru izrullē apļa formā.
Uz mīklas liek virsū pildījumu, bet pa virsu uzklāj otru mīklas daļu un visu sagriež trijstūrīšos.
Apcep eļļā no abām pusēm.
Pateicoties mīkstajai mīklai, pīrāgi sanāk gaisīgi, pufīgi, maigi un garšīgi. Bet pildījumu var gatavot jebkādu, pēc savas gaumes.
